This Privacy Policy describes how Que'd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our media tracking service at qued.tv ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We also collect any content you create within the Service, including media lists, ratings, reviews, and social connections.

We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used for security, analytics, and to improve the Service.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services integrated with the Service, such as media databases used to populate movie and television show information.

Authentication is handled through Google OAuth. Google's collection and use of your information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We only receive the profile information necessary to create your account.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Que'd, our users, or the public.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
